Was a challenging task as the band used 8 string guitars tuned to F, which is kick drum territory around 80-91Hz. The aim was to get the sound that’s missing from todays “pop-metal” mixes. Heavy, raw punchy sound like Slipknot – Iowa, Slayer or anything in the 90s before.
